Once that is determined, Israel should arrest this person and the dirty dozen, and give them over to HAMass or HEZ in trade for Schalit.
It would be an honorable trade...honor amongst thieves...
Corruption in office should have a LIFE IMPRISONMENT punishment, with no chance of parole or early release...and quite frankly, the top person on the list should be given to iran, or syria or even egypt to have and to hold, for life...as a gift to the "birds of a feather"
