Nobody trusts Israel`s pronouncements on Iran. They may or may not be true, but everybody can see Israel is desperate for an attack on Iran, and everyone knows that Israel, like most states, is very capable of lying to get what it wants.
Also, with the international financial crisis, countries have REAL problems to worry abour that affect THEM. Therefore a potential threat to Israel is of very little interest, particularly since Israel is part of the problem with its continually expanding settlements. |
