| Duh, could the long hours and low pay because they are employed by the Kupat Holims do anything with that problem? When young Mds graduate from Med school they want to make good money so as a result they go abroad to the US and Europe where they can make alot more money. The same thing with nursing, long hours low pay here not to mention abuse from Patient`s families it is no wonder why many leave Israel to go to live in the US and Europe where they too are paid better ! If you want to attract MDs and Nurses to stay here you must pay them better! |
