The reactor complex in North Korea which can be seen in overhead photography is CLEARLY a plutonium production facility. One need only compare similar facilities in the USA, England, France, China, Russia, and a middle eastern nation which I cannot mention but might have a weapons facility about longitude 35 degrees 8 minutes and 30 seconds East, longitude 31 degrees North, to know that they are capable of being plutonium production facilities. One need only compare the satellite photos of the Syrian building to know it wasn`t.
