The world is teetering on the edge of a major slump, and the US Treasury has just vastly increased the American national debt by offering to buy all those unsellable junk financial instruments from inept American bankers. (Whoopee! Moral Hazard is now dead! Slain by good ole Uncle Sam! Whatever crappy investment you make you`ll never feel any pain. The US taxpayer will come and feel it for you.)
