| Abbas never builds on talks that have gone before. He should be basing discussions on them thereby assuring us that what is said has some validity. On each occasion, with each speech, he brings up core issues that have been discussed and sorted out as if they were new to us. This kind of lack of solidity is not what one seeks in a treaty partner. And the precise definition of this phrase escapes me "the Palestinians have already made great concessions in the name of peace." |
