| With his words, PA President Abbas reminds us that should the Israelis and Palestinians agree to the two-state solution based on the 1967 border, sharing Jerusalem as their capitals and working out a resolution for the refugees, then we are mutually accepting a compromise on our historic homeland for the sake of peace. Not only would this be the pragmatic compromise to the conflict but also a point of reconciliation of Jews and Arabs coexisting once again in the Middle East. |
