| You need to use the same services Americans use... local realtors and the local, often web-based MLS listign service that lsits houses sold to normal average Americans. Anything specifically target to "investors" is a scam. Beware the current hotel room sales efforts in Florida especially. Speaking English will be a great plus, the minute you have to rely on special services for foriegn investors watch out! I am amused that an Israel contractor scammed Israeli`s on U.S.A. property! |
