| Well a person has to be a complete idiot to buy real estate overseas without first going to the area and looking around,and complete;y checking out the market in that area. Number two if you purchase property in highly sought after holiday areas ex like Orlando, Kissimmee which is where DISNEY WORLD IS there is a better chance that your investment will pay and you will profit. Secondly you have to hire a repubitable company to list and oversee your property and manage it for you, then they handle all the deatils such as renting it out,maintaince, (for a fee) and then you don`t have any problems like you would if you tried to do it for yourself from Israel! |
