| An independent Palestinean state does not mean no Jews--it means however they wont be Israeli or at least they wont live under Israeli law. Christians live in the West Bank now under PA law. But my question is--why was this controversial--borders aside--I thought that was what Olmert was working for. The borders proposed are not that different. The lack of a Palestinean state has been a tragedy--probably not greatest failure--Darfur is certainly worse--but people are dying. He was not calling for the destruction of Israel--quite the contrary-- |
