That the IAF did run out of targets and as a consequence Israel killed more women and children than they had to. Because the military and political elite had to be seen to be doing something, when in fact Hezbollah`s battle plan was impossible to stop. You cannot put Israeli troops over every inch of Lebanese territory for any length of time to stop the rockets, and now with Hezbollah having an increased range even more territory will have to be taken North of the Litani river. Best make peace release the Lebanese prisoners, the numbers of which are disputed, and withdraw from Lebanese territory. |
