This is newsworthy because El Baradei handed his report to the IAEA Board yesterday.

Apparently (if Reuters is accurate) his report simply repeats the previous report:
1) the IAEA has intel that Iran is carrying out weapons research that could be useful in the design and deployment of nukes.
2) the IAEA wants an explanation from Iran, and wants to inspect the sites
3) Iran explanation is "it`s a combination of fake info and info on our CONVENTIONAL weapons programs", so the answer is "no, you can`t inspect those sites".

The only additional wrinkle is (apparently) that El Baradei is now showing the board the raw intel, rather than a summary of that intel.

The question for next week is this:
Is the IAEA *demanding* access to those sites, or is it *requesting* that access?

If the former then Iran is heading for a world of trouble.

If the latter then the "very credible" evidence is not as credible as Gregory Schulte claims.
