| Before you make a statement make sure you have the facts to back it up. In 1967 I was stationed with Soviet forces in Egypt. I can tell you for a fact that Egypt and Syria received The most advanced weapons in the Soviet arsenal, more superior to the French weapons used by Israel and the Arabs received the weapons in greater quantities. Some of the weapons received by Egypt and Syria have not even been issued to Soviet army units at the time. The Arabs also received exellent training from our Russian advisers. I`ll tell you something,the Israelis did an excellent job,they have my full respect for the way they handled that war, it was a stunning victory that is still being studied in military schools. You might not like Israel or Jews but give credit to your enemy who fought well to achieve a stunning victory. After such a victory Israel deserves to live. |
