Do not believe that two wrongs have ever made a right. What happened to the man who stabbed the nine year old boy? And it is that man that must be brought to trial. Others who were shot at may have been innocent. The guilty should pay not the innocent. Perhaps people are taking the law into their own hands because justice is being denied them.
