"ANALYSIS / How will the U.S. economic crisis affect Israelis?" Same as it will affect everyone else. Israelis are going to lose their jobs, their savings, their homes. We haven`t seen ANYTHING yet. This is nowhere near the worst that is to happen. The wild and greedy excesses that followed the mad deregulation of financial markets will have to be unwound. If anyone is tempted to "bottom fish" for stock market or real estate "bargains", think again. It`ll be mid-2009 before we should come out of our bunkers.
