In a normal democracy you are innocent unless proven guilty. In Israel with the exit stop orders it is the opposite around. If only one of the parties say that they are afraid for kidnapping, then there will be a travel ban till the child is 18. No one has to prove that there is a real fear for kidnapping. Man use the system, and the children are locked up in the country, loosing half off their family
