| The Left today reveres Sharon for destroying the political Right in Israel...i.e. the Likud now has the same policies as Kadima and Labor which is withdrawal to the pre-67 lines and expulsion of Jews from Judea/Samaria. The National Union/MAFDAL which supposedly oppose this is totally ineffectual and riven with dissension. Thus, Jews like Rav Dudkevitch and others in Judea/Samaria see that no one in the government represents their interests or cares about them, they are only interested in expelling them. Thus, the people are pushed into a state of alienation when murderous attacks are carried out. This alienation will express itself like what happened on Shabbat. Maybe what Rav Dudkevitch says will be a wake-up call to the regime in power. |
