| McCain or Obama might be willing to talk. Bush wouldn`t allow more than a lecture. That can be done on TV. Bush only negotiates with allies, not adversaries, unless they already have nuclear weapons. Otherwise his message is "they know what they have to do." Hey, it worked with North Korea, right? |
