The NIE report, specifically confirmed that Iran was not enriching uranium. Now we are informed that they have 450 kg of plutonium.In other words Tehran is close enough for the final stage of their Persian A. Bomb. Lets assume that this report is true. Why..? Because by some sheer coincidence some inspector fell , flat on his face over a few barrels of plutonium.? Maybe its a Fiddler devised way for the West to tread carefully, after all they may claim that this "find" was only a minute part of their stock and they indeed have a number of bombs, which would not surprise many. Except only the NIE and those good folks in Virginia.
