| i dont have any children but if i did and my husband kidnapped my children once, i would be apprehensive about letting him take the children out of the country again and i would hope that the judicial system would protect me with this. it is a complex issue, however, i would think that the the safest thing to do, no matter what the marital status on paper were of parents, that two parental notarized signatures would be an automatic requirement in order for children to travel out of the country. i would think that this would be an effective protocol to put in place and would protect everyone. |
