| They don`t get a trial. They don`t get legal rights. Most often there is no proof, except "suspicion" of this or that. This happens all the time. We see it reported in Haaretz that the IDF entered Palestinian areas and arrested people. The only difference between this and the Shalit case is that Israel believes that anything they do is justified and if the Palestinians do anything similar they are vilified. The main trouble in Israel is that they are not made to feel enough pain, so when they do feel pain they over react. The Palestinians are more used to pain. All this is subject to change. |
