Talkback
Title:Only one way where a lesson will be learned.
Name:Proud Israeli
City: State:
The events that have taken place against this patient are criminal in their negligence. The onus must not be on the patient to understand the meaning of life-and-death medical examination reports. Patients come from all stratifications of Israeli society, with all the corresponding levels of understanding of how to deal with medical examination results.

1. Sue Meuchedet, the HMO that is responsible for this blunder. They need to be heavily fined.
2. Have the head of the local HMO office where the incident took place REMOVED, without recourse for employment in the same arena.
3. Have the doctor involved in this incident fired, with his medical license revoked for a defined period.

My condolences to the Zfania family for this preventable tragedy.
