Bradley Burston: Seven ways Israel could haunt the 2008 campaign
Talkback
Title:Bradley and the "U.S. Jews don`t care about Israel" myth....
Name:Swiss (Dino)
City: State: Switzerland
"Research suggests that Israel figures little
in the bedrock concerns of Jewish voters"

"...support for Israel trailed far behind"

Bradley, sorry, but I don`t believe it for a
second. Judging from my (mostly) left-liberal
Jewish friends/relatives in the Bay area: Even
they care deeply about the fate of Israel.

By the way, would be rather sad, otherwise,
wouldn`t it....???

And quickly to the 6 points:

Point 1,2 and 6:

Won`t happen before the U.S. elections

Point 3:

Hopefully won`t happen, and by the way, another
anti-Jewish stereotype (the "undermining Jew")??

Point 4:

Is already happening,, won`t have any impact
on the campaign, since both parties would rather
swallow a frog than criticize any of Israels
policies at this point of time.

Point 5:

Unfortunately won`t happen before the U.S.
elections, if it would, it would have no big
impact on the result of the election.

Bottomline: Much Ado about Nothing
