| The inflation in grades, and devaluation in requirements is crippling, and will only lead candidates from those institutions which pander to `special` groups to be dismissed when recruiting people for certain roles. One foreign university, with more students in Israel than in its home town abroad, has learned the hard way that opening up its doors wholesale to teachers, police and the army, brings down standards and brings the degree of that institution into disrepute. |
