| Unfortunately, Mr. Levy`s article omits to talk about the crux of any university degree: the exams passed and/or the dissertations written, read and graded. If pilots or security operatives who have graduated successfully within their own very specialized worlds are capable of working at an accelerated pace and obtaining their degrees in the same way as everyone else, where`s the harm? Conversely, if Mr. Levy`s assertion that their degrees have no more value than a spurious Baltic degree, then a very serious debate needs to take place ... bur he offers no evidence of this at all. |
