The existence of a special course for pilots has no effect of other degree programs. HU is an excellent place because they have some of the best researchers in their field in the Life Sciences, Computer Science, Chemistry and Economics departments.
These quickie degree tracks exist because Israel as a socialist country, awards pay increases for degrees. That is why there are so many people enrolled in near bogus programs from abroad and also why these pseudo-academic tracks exist at Israeli universities. |
