Those are the same incompetent, arrogant top and senior officers, which Aluf Moshe Ivri- Sukenik referred to, earlier. It is paramount to note, that most of the senior officers who failed miserably during the 2º Lebanon debacle, are still exercising their folded mandates on expired borrowed time. Some have even been promoted, e.g.; Mr. G. Eizenkot!
