sorry to ruffle some feathers, but as a Toronto resident who works in a very Islamocentric neighbourhood, it is little surprise to read this story.
when you look at the 3 main religions, it appears as if Islam has the largest number of "radicals". Toronto (and MOntreal, for that matter) have a huge Muslim population.
There already is one mosque that has promoted extreme and hateful ideology.
and I`ve had customers infer that they do not recognize Israel`s right to exist.
its sad that some of Canadian religious communities don`t follow Canada`s push of tolerance and acceptance of other religions and cultures. |
