| Raymond, get serious. Almost the whole world has banned this weapon, except for the USA and Israel of course. Nice weapon to terrorise whole civilian populations for years to come! The IDF should be kept fully responsible for creating this terrible mess, clean it up and compensate the victims. Civilized states don`t use these cluster bombs anymore. |
