Hamas hold 1 Israeli in theirs.
I would suggest that the exchange rate is set by that equation i.e. the value judgement is based on the relative ease with which each side can pick up their prisoners, and not by your judgment on the intrisic "worthiness" of an IDF soldier.
After all, if Israel has scooped up 10,000 Palestinians then it`s going to stand to reason that an awful lot of them are pretty small change indeed.... |
