| It is the duty of every State, not only Israel, to defend its citizens ? Its absolute duty. Only Israel has the right to decide what is best for the protection of its citizens. Two years after the Libanese war ended Security Council Resolution 1701 has not been implemented, so how can Israel trust UNIFIL ? Condemning Israel is easy but doesn?t bring solutions.
