The budget deficit vis a vis exports to H.& H. have never been made available. My guess is they run into plenty of hundreds of millions of "hard earned" petro dollars. The people of Iran, cannot understand why the markets are so bare and why the prices of foodstuffs has risen. If you tell them its about the dizzy oil price, they shoot back with, "We are the biggest exporters of oil", "so food should be cheaper". Do you understand my point, Lynn.?
