This is VERY sad. What is happening in Israel right now is not new. It just has not been talked about. My wife was a social worker in Israel until 5 years ago. She gave up! She got burned-out from the slow and burocratic process of trying to help troubled families. There are many other sad stories that no one ever hears about. The social support for families in Israel has deteriorated in the last few years. Every Child in Israel is the greatest vision for Israel?s future.
Every time an IDF soldier gets hurt or killed, or there is a terrorist act, everyone cries. We have a social problem here that needs our attention just as much, if not more than all other defense and politics.
