What I have stated is a point of view. The comment I made also included a notorious case involving a British woman.

I am not declaring my country or anywhere else being whiter than white.

What I am saying is that Israel doesn`t seem able to protect vulnerable children (the fact this lady was mentally ill was known).

I have proposed this is because of the proportion of Israel`s budget that is spent on defence. At the cost of social services health care etc etc etc. Alarm bells should ring when Holocaust survivors cannot afford heating or food don`t you think? Despite Germany donations to that cause amounting to billions of US dollars?

Incidentally the man in Canada had no previous history of mental illness. However this lady did, can you spot the difference between the example you give and the horrific death of this child?
