| Sorry Billiam but if it is the creation of a Palestinian State that is uppermost in your mind with its relevance to the release of Gilad Shalit, you should know that in the UN Resolution 242 it calls only for "a just settlement of the Refugee problem" and nowhere does it require that Palestinians be given any Political Rights OR TERRITORY. Also please note that a `Palestinian State` is still only a PROPOSED STATE and not an OBLIGATION which must be carried out by any or all means. Sorry but that is a fact.It has to be worked out peacefully and Palestinians have their obligations also towards the toeards Peace which they refuse to acknowledge. |
