I highly suspect this young girl had high functioning Autism or ASD. Rarely can uneducated parents handle the behaviours of such children and are more likely to be neglected and/or physically abused by such parents.
This case disgusts me to no end and I hope both parents and grandfather are subjected to the full wraith of the judicial system. |
