The real test will come when they try and get a freighter to deliver humanitarian aid, tons of rice and heavy medical equipment and wheat for flour and cement to make real concrete.
I have no doubt that the movement is thinking in these terms.
And if both sides started to really negotiate in good faith over the release of prisoners, Gilad Shalit might get to come home. Of course, once Shalit is released, Egypt has promised to open Rafah and that actually would lift the siege. |
