| ..."early warning" for missiles which take between 1 minute (Syria) to 10 minutes (Iran) to reach cities in Israel, it is absurd to speak about calls that awaken a chain that passes through the firing of intercepting missiles (Patriots, Arrows, whatever) in time. Even with ten "long" minutes for a Shihab missile fired from Ahvaz or Bandar Abbas, there wouldn`t be enough time for a safe, guaranteed and timely interception.
