| Biden brings experience. He has served on every important committee including foreign affairs and judicial. He will know the house Democrats and Republicans on a much more personal detail which Obama needs. Obama is the "Mr. Smith goes to Washington." Joe Biden is Washinton. His family /personal credentials are untouchable. He can dish it out to McCain or Fox News and do it with a smile. He is a pragmatist while Obama is an idealist. The combination is good. McCain will not drag Obama`s name down the sewer because Biden served on the Keating committee when Mccain was in trouble. His foot in the mouth quotes are reassuring to some because they nail a lot of what people think but are afraid to say. None are vicious, and considering his job and the number of years he has served the country, his record is clean. |
