If ya`ll are waiting for Western Jews to come, then start aiming towards true peace with Arabs, allow civil marriages and atleast give the Western Jews the freedom they would have living in their gentile nations.
If ya`ll want to restrict the freedoms, then start looking at African and Asian nations for fellow Jews.
