| This is a very excellent question. There should be another Winograd committee to see which genius is responsible for this no-win policy of arming Georgia that now threatens to turn the tables dramatically against Israel. Probably someone saw an opportunity to make money and gave a few pennies to his friends in government to go along. Or the Americans told them to do it. |
