| I don`t think the Russians believe you, Condi. Rice: "how you`re going to attack Poland because there are 10 interceptors aimed at long-range threats of the future from countries like Iran" So, "threats of the future", Condi? As in, "not so much of a threat" now? Ahem, excuse me if I share Russia`s "bizarre" belief that there is little point in DEPLOYING a counter-weapon against a weapon that doesn`t actually exist. Unless, of course, you can use it for some other purpose while you wait for "the future" to become "the now". Condi, since the 1990`s the USA has attempted to box Russia into a corner by moving NATO up to her borders. It is not the least bit "bizarre" for Russia to feel threatened by that, and not the least bit "bizarre" for Russia to push back hard. |
