| Huckleberry, like other politicians makes a living by telling people what they want to hear. Although Israelis are not voters in America, they may have some influence with Jewish American voters. It is not uncommon for a politician to go directly from one group to another, giveing each the speech they want to hear, even when the positions of the two speeches are directly opposed. This is true of all politicians, not just Huckleberry. The long time position of the American people and the leadership of both parties is a two state solution, based on the approx 1967 borders. Jerusalem is not recognized as Israels capitol and this is why the American embassy and almost every other embassy is located in Tel Aviv. Huckleberry is a political opportunist, which are a dime a dozen who can say what he likes wihout accountability. If he is well liked in Israel, perhaps Israelis can elect him as their leader, since the Americans have recently rejected him as a leader. |
