| Constantly we miss the big picture. None of the `wars` since WWII have happened in a vacuum or for no purpose. We are marching inexorably toward western hegemony that will last for centuries. A perfectly legal system of states and treaties. Russia can fight, but it will ultimately loose-- it is in reality fighting the US, EU, allied interests, even Chinese economic interests. If Russia wants security it needs to forget empires and focus on treaties. |
