| When asked by Rick Warren which (singular) Supreme Court justice he would not have appointed, Obama named Clarence Thomas (the only black on the Supreme Court, who is a narrow-minded and vindictive conservative) because of his lack of qualification. When asked the same question, McCain immediately obliged with not one but FOUR names that he would not have nominated to the Court, including John Paul Stevens and all three Jewish Supreme Court justices--Ruth Bader Ginsberg, David Souter and Stephen Breyer.
