| This is just a phase of Operation Ridwan (the prisoner exchange agreement between Israel and Hizbullah). According to the agreement, Israel would release a number of Palestinians (the number agreed upon in advance), including a number of long-term prisoners (the identities specified in advance, too) but would market it as a friendly gesture to Abbas. Israel will not bee freeing those 200+ Palestinians out of its free will. |
