| What they are talking about are evil intentions. They know very well that we have fire power that could overwhelm them without trying, though we restrict our responses to them. From that, apparently, they read weakness and consider it gives them leeway to threaten us. It`s illustrative of the way they think that all you need is the ability to destroy; for them apparently there is no virtue in creation. |
