Unexploded cluster bombs are land mines, and Israel needs to supply the UN with the firing tables and maps to show where the IDF dropped those cluster bombs.

Israel has not handed over any such maps; the UN mine-clearing teams have had to identify every strike zone without any assistance from the Israelis.
