| Talansky is 100% correct. Mazuz needs to indict Olmert then in court bring Talansky back for cross-examination. Mazuz thats how its done. You don`t do cross-examinations in questioning. What is Mazuz afraid of. Did Olmert do him a favor, or what does he owe Olmert for. There has to be a reason for not indicting Olmert already. If Mazuz isn`t capable of making this decision which is a very easy one to make then its time to replace Mazuz. This has nothing to do with forcing an indictment but Olmert did enough that he needs to be indicted. Mazuz should not wait for elections or anything else its time to INDICT NOW. A court should not wait till a person is out of power to do the indictment. A court needs to be seperate from the state and enforce the laws, even if that means it would effect how or the outcome of elections. Indict Olmert Now. |
