The consensus is that it would take TWO bunker busters delivered with pinpoint accuracy and with flawless timing, one after the other at exactly the same spot, to have even the remotest chance of doing any damage.
The likelihood that Israel would be able to pull off this feat, even supposing they can find a flight plan to get to Natanz, is ZERO.
